Washington Demartis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Elias Urdaspal made a huge save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Larkins Potter was the one to do the kick off. The coaching staff of Wara protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alain Aït Salem had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 67th minute, one of Wara:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Wara. Elias Urdaspal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Válter Dante went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Wara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Larkins Potter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Countdown FC's goalkeeper Er Miner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Countdown FC fully deserved thier win.
