Sherwood Walsh made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Sherwood Walsh was a little too slow when Danil Shashkov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 4-0. Goliath Pelusi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sherwood Walsh having to interfere. Sherwood Walsh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goliath Pelusi in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, AC InmENZO 09-12-2018's Goliath Pelusi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sherwood Walsh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Accokeek AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Goliath Pelusi came free, but Sherwood Walsh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Goliath Pelusi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sherwood Walsh, 5-0. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Lachezar Kavaldzhiev took a quick shot and it went in 7-0 without a chance for Sherwood Walsh to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

When Berry Barney fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Accokeek AFC's protests and gave Berry Barney a yellow card for diving instead. At last the ball reached Benedicto Atarratze at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Accokeek AFC. 11-0.
