Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lorenzo Jerrold took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Errando in the 6th minute of play forced Accokeek AFC's goalkeeper Sherwood Walsh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sherwood Walsh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Jerrold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sherwood Walsh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Errando in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Grady Crain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Accokeek AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Lorenzo de Sarandi the free kick. Grady Crain kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Sherwood Walsh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Lorenzo Jerrold looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 16th minute, Lorenzo Jerrold left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Lorenzo de Sarandi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Errando in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sherwood Walsh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Lorenzo Jerrold's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sherwood Walsh was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elias Honrio in the 29th minute. The corner ended in Elias Honrio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Accokeek AFC's Sherwood Walsh did a great save. Rusty Walton hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Accokeek AFC's Sherwood Walsh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Errando in the 32nd minute of play. Sherwood Walsh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Jerrold, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Errando in the 37th minute of play forced Accokeek AFC's goalkeeper Sherwood Walsh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute of the match San Lorenzo de Sarandi got a corner. Accokeek AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elias Honrio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Camilo Mouricio to fire away a dangerous shot which Sherwood Walsh despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Jerrold notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Accokeek AFC's Sherwood Walsh. Sherwood Walsh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sherwood Walsh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Jerrold in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Curt McLain was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Accokeek AFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Wilfred Grossman hit a great ball. In the 55th match minute, Accokeek AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfred Grossman to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Elias Honrio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Wilfred Grossman fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Accokeek AFC's protests and gave Wilfred Grossman a yellow card for diving instead. Wilfred Grossman kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Leonides Rosio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Sherwood Walsh made a huge save. Sherwood Walsh came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Leonides Rosio. But to his dismay, Leonides Rosio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Camilo Mouricio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sherwood Walsh having to make a save. A collision led to San Lorenzo de Sarandi getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Venancio Piorno hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Accokeek AFC defense, Leonides Rosio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sherwood Walsh. The Accokeek AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sherwood Walsh should have stopped the shot. Sherwood Walsh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonides Rosio in the 76th minute. Leonides Rosio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sherwood Walsh read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Leonides Rosio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Sherwood Walsh when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sherwood Walsh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Leonides Rosio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curt McLain's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo de Sarandi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Curt McLain helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of San Lorenzo de Sarandi booed when Accokeek AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Curt McLain didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 93 played minutes, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Kay Oppenheim shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sherwood Walsh came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in San Lorenzo de Sarandi reached it. Sherwood Walsh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Rosio in the 94th minute of the match. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
