Virgilio Sotil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 徐德伟 went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Paulo Frutos made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pogoń1945Staszów's Damazy Tscherner. Virgilio Sotil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Kuszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Frutos during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pogoń1945Staszów's attentive Damazy Tscherner managed to snatch the ball when Paulo Frutos made a throw-in in the 21st minute of the game. Paulo Admon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakub Kuszczak took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Virgilio Sotil. Virgilio Sotil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Pogoń1945Staszów's Damazy Tscherner managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Paulo Frutos in the 31 minute of the game. Virgilio Sotil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakub Kuszczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, Paulo Frutos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pogoń1945Staszów's Damazy Tscherner quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jakub Kuszczak in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Sotil saved Villa Mitre from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Psichogiopoulos came free, but Virgilio Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro Jerano kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Jakub Kuszczak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakub Kuszczak might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgilio Sotil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jakub Kuszczak ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Pogoń1945Staszów were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaspar Mateo was the one to do the kick off. If Edgar Sierocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 徐德伟 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakub Kuszczak in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Virgilio Sotil, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jakub Kuszczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jakub Kuszczak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgilio Sotil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Villa Mitre getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Paulo Admon hit a great ball. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Virgilio Sotil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edmund Zajonc did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Virgilio Sotil 80 minutes into the match. Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Villa Mitre from getting a goal against them. Edmund Zajonc struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Virgilio Sotil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pogoń1945Staszów. The Pogoń1945Staszów supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pogoń1945Staszów would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
