Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazil Canay in the 8th minute of play. After 9 minutes Villa Mitre's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Segundo Bordat who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Guns And Roses's Nazil Canay to fire away a dangerous shot which Virgilio Sotil despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Mitre's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Segundo Bordat was slow to take the kick. During this time Guns And Roses's players had a chance to rest. Guns And Roses's Nazil Canay was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Virgilio Sotil in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Virgilio Sotil came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Guns And Roses's Nazil Canay. But to his dismay, Nazil Canay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazil Canay in the 18th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Nazil Canay came free, but Virgilio Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 minutes Villa Mitre's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Segundo Bordat who took care of the corner kick. Segundo Bordat made a great header on Guns And Roses's corner, it was just that Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil managed to reach the ball for a save. The audience was convinced that Nazil Canay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Virgilio Sotil was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. If Nazil Canay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Txatxu came free, but Virgilio Sotil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match Guns And Roses got a corner. Villa Mitre's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Bordat ran over to the corner to take the kick. Guns And Roses's Segundo Bordat was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Virgilio Sotil in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 34th minute, Nazil Canay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guns And Roses fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 36 minutes into the game, Guns And Roses's Nazil Canay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virgilio Sotil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Virgilio Sotil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Txatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nazil Canay in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Sotil saved Villa Mitre from getting behind. After the first half Guns And Roses were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Virgilio Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazil Canay in the 50th minute of play. In the 54th minute Nazil Canay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Sotil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guns And Roses's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Segundo Bordat in the 57th minute. In the 60thth minute of the game Nazil Canay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Virgilio Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazil Canay in the 62nd minute of play. In the 69th minute, Guns And Roses's Nazil Canay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Virgilio Sotil. Virgilio Sotil yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Guns And Roses's Jesús Salvador was substituted for Nazil Canay. Virgilio Sotil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jesús Salvador's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Jesús Salvador sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesús Salvador in the 76th minute of play forced Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Virgilio Sotil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Jesús Salvador dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Virgilio Sotil, 0-6. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Mitre's goalkeeper Virgilio Sotil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Guns And Roses's Luis Admon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virgilio Sotil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Jesús Salvador managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guns And Roses's supporters rose to their feet, but Jesús Salvador was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Sotil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87thth minute of the game Jesús Salvador who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre's Virgilio Sotil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jesús Salvador struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Virgilio Sotil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guns And Roses. After a rather tough play, Guns And Roses's Luis Admon got a free kick in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, Guns And Roses's Jesús Salvador sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virgilio Sotil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jesús Salvador had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Villa Mitre fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guns And Roses were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
