Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iwo Sawicki kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 7th minute. Josef Witlatschil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 10th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pentti Ojala went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 14 played minutes Tiger got a freekick which was hit by Fatih Schwemer. Tiger's Pentti Ojala got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josef Witlatschil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the game, Pentti Ojala recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Pentti Ojala showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. After having played for 35 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaizka Mendieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Josef Witlatschil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pentti Ojala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Thilo Heß managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiger's supporters rose to their feet, but Thilo Heß was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Pentti Ojala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tiger fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. If Christo Bothenhain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Witlatschil having to interfere. Tiger made a substitution. Ingo Ustorf replaced Rudolf Speed. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Christo Bothenhain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Christo Bothenhain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pentti Ojala went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ingo Ustorf, made in the 75th minute of the game. After having played for 81 minutes, Gaizka Mendieta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaizka Mendieta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pentti Ojala kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tiger's goalkeeper Josef Witlatschil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pentti Ojala, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiger walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
