After 7 played minutes FC Pladask got a freekick which was hit by André Magnussen. Sven Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Kenneth Øglænd in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, A & B United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Nordin to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the game, Jan-Kenneth Øglænd recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sven Svensson. Jan-Kenneth Øglænd showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Sven Svensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alf Eik in the 25th minute. After some careless play in the A & B United FC defense, Albert Bergerud kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven Svensson. The A & B United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven Svensson should have stopped the shot. After having played for 30 minutes, Jan-Kenneth Øglænd managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pladask's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Kenneth Øglænd was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Albert Bergerud made a precise shot to the right of Sven Svensson. A & B United FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Alf Eik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Sven Svensson made a huge save. 38 minutes into the game, Jan-Kenneth Øglænd recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sven Svensson. Jan-Kenneth Øglænd showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Sven Svensson made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Albert Bergerud sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan-Olof Lindgren made a kick off. In the 56th minute Jan-Kenneth Øglænd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Kenneth Øglænd in the 59th minute of the match. Jan-Kenneth Øglænd struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Sven Svensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Pladask. A & B United FC's Sven Svensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Eik in the 84th minute of play. Sven Svensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tord Kaur, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, A & B United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tord Kaur came free, but Sven Svensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, FC Pladask was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Arctander to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute Alf Eik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kenneth Stordal during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 95 minutes into the game, one of FC Pladask:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 97 minutes into the match, Åke Benet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Douglas Fowler. FC Pladask's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Åke Benet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. FC Pladask walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
