The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Natanael Prata got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A & B United FC's Sven Svensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulinho Moraes in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute Tião de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Correia in the 10th minute of the match. Sven Svensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jardel Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Válbson Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Svensson having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Tião de Amaral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven Svensson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 24 minutes, Göran Bäckman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A & B United FC and the Agroboys SM - CIMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Göran Bäckman hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute of the match Pedrão Tepedino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven Svensson skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulinho Moraes in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven Svensson saved A & B United FC from getting behind. After 29 minutes, Paulinho Moraes made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. A & B United FC's Sven Svensson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute, Jardel Correia made a precise shot to the right of Sven Svensson. A & B United FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 35th minute Jardel Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, A & B United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulinho Moraes came free, but Sven Svensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Jardel Correia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Agroboys SM - CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulinho Moraes in the 46th minute of play forced A & B United FC's goalkeeper Sven Svensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Tião de Amaral struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Sven Svensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agroboys SM - CIMZ. Christian Mossberg was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Jardel Correia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven Svensson was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Sven Svensson made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Tião de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. If Jardel Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 66 played minutes Válbson Rosa rounded A & B United FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Roger Nordin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Sven Svensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Correia in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Tião de Amaral notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of A & B United FC's Sven Svensson. Sven Svensson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 78 played minutes A & B United FC got a freekick which was hit by Orvar Ugla. 81 minutes into the match, A & B United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Correia came free, but Sven Svensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven Svensson came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Paulinho Moraes. But to his dismay, Paulinho Moraes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Sven Svensson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Válbson Rosa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 86 minute of play. Sven Svensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giuseppe Machado in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Paulinho Moraes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven Svensson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Paulinho Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Svensson having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Agroboys SM - CIMZ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than A & B United FC.
