In the 3rd match minute, La Herradura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Jaunti to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FC XY's Peter Obšut got a free kick in the 7th minute. La Herradura FC's Alejo Asier pulled a muscle in his back after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Matej Šajna fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC XY's protests and gave Matej Šajna a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of FC XY:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Herradura FC:s goal. Peter Adamek had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Cosme Oliveiro's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Clemente Erdiano hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Maximino Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Obšut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albano Montrelles short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Peter Adamek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, FC XY's Matej Šajna got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute, Peter Obšut ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Polo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Maximino Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jozef Michálek in the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Peter Obšut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Peter Adamek managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when La Herradura FC's Albano Montrelle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Peter Obšut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Polo having to interfere. Maximino Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Obšut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Adamek was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albano Montrelle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 41 minute of play. FC XY's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Albano Montrelle 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jozef Michálek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marco Asier kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Maximino Polo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, Jozef Michálek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Maximino Polo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 57 minutes, Albano Montrelle made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC XY's Peter Adamek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Montrelle during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 played minutes La Herradura FC got a freekick which was hit by Albano Montrelle. In the 63rd minute, Albano Montrelle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Adamek was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 67 minutes into the match, La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Maximino Polo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jozef Michálek. Maximino Polo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 69th minute, which inside left pole to 4-3. In the 73rd minute, Patrik Gálik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Polo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. Maximino Polo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jozef Michálek in the 77th minute. With an all-out effort, FC XY's Maximino Polo threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Peter Obšut, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Maximino Polo made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Peter Obšut sent off a good shot on target. After 83 minutes, Albano Montrelle made it 5-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC XY's Peter Adamek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. La Herradura FC were furious when Octavio Gelacio was red carded, 88 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 89th minute, Octavio Gelacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Ferenc received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maximino Polo came out and tried to block the shot, but Roman Ferenc slotted it home off the left post making it 5-5 in the 96th minute. Despite being the better team, FC XY failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
