Alonzo Pirro took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Polo. Maximino Polo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, La Herradura FC's Ulises Laurendi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. When Fidel Vidal came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Kekambas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Vidal couldn't finish the play. Alejo Asier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, La Herradura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Enaut came free, but Maximino Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Alonzo Pirro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Maximino Polo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Israel Osoro put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Kekambas FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Herradura FC:s goal. The La Herradura FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kekambas FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Segundo Dimo was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Kekambas FC's Dionisio Felo got a free kick in the 60th minute. La Herradura FC's Maximino Polo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save La Herradura FC from getting a goal against them. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kekambas FC's goalkeeper Esteve Iratxo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 67th minute La Herradura FC were awarded a corner. Cosme Oliveiro went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 68th minute, Romulo Orlandus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Maximino Polo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Vidal. Maximino Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Dimo in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Alonzo Pirro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Segundo Dimo scored 1-3 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximino Polo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute Alejo Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Fidel Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Dimo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Fidel Vidal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximino Polo. La Herradura FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Vidal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Kekambas FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
