In the 20th minute Alonzo Pirro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Åke Thorsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteve Iratxo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per-Oskar Nordström in the 28th minute. The supporters of Kekambas FC booed when Målilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Bergman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes Målilla got a freekick which was hit by Per-Oskar Nordström. In the 35th minute of the match Leonel Enaut sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Per-Åke Thorsberg skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Målilla's Torsten Bergman got a free kick in the 41st minute. The referee showed Edvin Lindkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With an all-out effort, Målilla's Esteve Iratxo threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Johan Berggren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 47th match minute, Kekambas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Vidal to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Johan Berggren made the kick off in the second half. Leonel Enaut in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
