Edmund Makomaski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Borys Rzentkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Barça's goalkeeper Edmund Makomaski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariusz Ogrodowicz. Bernardo Mazzola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Jazowski in the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Barça's zone, Borys Rzentkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmund Makomaski came out of the goal and Borys Rzentkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 40 played minutes Mariusz Ogrodowicz rounded Barça's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Fc Aroosos's Borys Rzentkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Barça's Arne Rott got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Bernardo Mazzola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre Dziedelonis, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. A collision led to Barça getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Zbigniew Pankiewicz hit a great ball. Borys Rzentkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmund Makomaski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Borys Rzentkowski in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmund Makomaski saved Barça from getting behind. Fc Aroosos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
