The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when 顾义远 sped through Real Armal F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sigfrido Teruel. If Fabio Mancinelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, 顾义远 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sigfrido Teruel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 13 minutes into the match, Real Armal F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Baycan Tuğaltay came free, but Sigfrido Teruel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-3 when 顾义远 sped through Real Armal F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sigfrido Teruel. 15 minutes into the match, 顾义远 notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Real Armal F.C.'s Sigfrido Teruel. Sigfrido Teruel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fabio Mancinelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sigfrido Teruel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 顾义远, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute of the match MegaFenerbahce got a corner. Real Armal F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabio Mancinelli ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Cyryl Bryk to score against Sigfrido Teruel in Real Armal F.C.'s goal. 0-5 after 21 minutes. Sigfrido Teruel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 顾义远, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Sigfrido Teruel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 顾义远 went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. If Raúl Gasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Real Armal F.C. defense, Fabio Mancinelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sigfrido Teruel. The Real Armal F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sigfrido Teruel should have stopped the shot. If 顾义远 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, 顾义远 notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Real Armal F.C.'s Sigfrido Teruel. Sigfrido Teruel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the game, 顾义远 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Sigfrido Teruel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 顾义远 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Real Armal F.C.'s Sigfrido Teruel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 顾义远 in the 58th minute of play. Fabio Mancinelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sigfrido Teruel having to make a save. MegaFenerbahce's 顾义远 came free and shot a quick shot against goal 60 minutes in the game, fortunately Sigfrido Teruel had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Gilen Sánchez thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Sigfrido Teruel, a very annoying self made goal in the 61st minute which led to 0-12. The MegaFenerbahce fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when MegaFenerbahce's 顾义远 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-13 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sigfrido Teruel came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by MegaFenerbahce's Baycan Tuğaltay. But to his dismay, Baycan Tuğaltay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. MegaFenerbahce's Onur Türkoğlu was substituted for Fabio Mancinelli. Sigfrido Teruel was a little too slow when 顾义远 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-15. Angelo Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sigfrido Teruel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Onur Türkoğlu in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute Fernando Ballesteros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atay Türegün saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of MegaFenerbahce booed when Real Armal F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferman Durango didn't get a good kick on the ball. 顾义远 struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Sigfrido Teruel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MegaFenerbahce. Baycan Tuğaltay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigfrido Teruel having to interfere. MegaFenerbahce's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
