Jens-Ove Malm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Magno Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amauri Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Väino Kartul in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ove Malm in the 17th minute of play forced Mamutes EC's goalkeeper Magno Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Israel Vidal got a free kick in the 18th minute. Amauri Félix made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Valério Meireles sent off a good shot on target. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Väino Kartul in the 29th minute of play. Amauri Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Amauri Félix successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 35 minutes into the match, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's goalkeeper Amauri Félix had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dave Panno. Amauri Félix made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Dave Panno sent off a good shot on target. Amauri Félix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Väino Kartul in the 38th minute of the match. Magno Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Vidal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Dave Panno made the kick off in the second half. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amauri Félix showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, Valério Meireles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amauri Félix was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Amauri Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Meireles in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Väino Kartul cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Amauri Félix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Mamutes EC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Dave Panno hit a great ball. Marcos Siqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Magno Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amauri Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valério Meireles in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amauri Félix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 80 minutes into the match, Mamutes EC's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Malm came free, but Magno Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute Mamutes EC were awarded a corner. Valério Meireles went to the cornerflag to take it. Valério Meireles made a great header on Mamutes EC's corner, it was just that Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix managed to reach the ball for a save. 92 minutes into the game, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jens-Ove Malm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Magno Correia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mamutes EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rio Verde F.C CIMZ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
