With a left leg Zhuang Shi Ting saved Divina Comédia FC from getting behind. Silvinho Mangueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Magno Correia made a huge save. After 20 minutes, Vasile Homeag mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Divina Comédia FC and the Mamutes EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vasile Homeag kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Zhuang Shi Ting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Meireles, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Mamutes EC booed when Divina Comédia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Homeag didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Mamutes EC's Magno Correia got control of the ball when Hugo Sanchez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zhuang Shi Ting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Dantas in the 32nd minute of play. Eliézer Cavalcante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Magno Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Eliézer Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Divina Comédia FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Mamutes EC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guaberto Bras took the corner. Valério Meireles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zhuang Shi Ting having to make a save. If Valdo Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Eliézer Cavalcante kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Magno Correia. That made the score 1-1 in the 47 minute of play.

In the 52nd minute, Valdo Dantas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zhuang Shi Ting. The goal made the score 1-2.
