In the 35th minute Henrique Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind DINAMO's goalkeeper Ysmael Marfil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Borges in the 41st minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Ysmael Marfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Naldo Valladares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio Cina was the one to do the kick off. But to his dismay, Henrique Borges quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Edu Carvalho was substituted for Henrique Borges. 63 minutes into the game, Edu Carvalho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Ysmael Marfil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ysmael Marfil came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Edu Carvalho. But to his dismay, Edu Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The audience was convinced that Edu Carvalho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ysmael Marfil was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. The corner ended in Naldo Valladares almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edu Carvalho in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ysmael Marfil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Emiel Desmet was substituted for Naldo Valladares. After 85 minutes DINAMO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emiel Desmet who took care of the corner kick. Ysmael Marfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayri Pitirimov in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, DINAMO's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomero Hermon came free, but Ysmael Marfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Jonathan Lopez hit a great ball. When Edu Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edu Carvalho couldn't finish the play. DINAMO's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
