Johnny Bator was slow to take the kick. During this time Beek City's players had a chance to rest. 7 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Benny Stolle came free, but Jan Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benny Stolle scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan Lindström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Surahammar defense, Benny Stolle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Lindström. The Surahammar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Lindström should have stopped the shot. When Surahammar's Victor Santxol in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Johnny Bator made a great header on Beek City's corner, it was just that Surahammar's Jan Lindström managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 42nd minute, Benny Stolle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan Lindström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Surahammar made a substitution. André Pettersson replaced Victor Santxol. Jan Lindström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benny Stolle in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radamel Oakley in the 66th minute of play forced Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Brovall hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goalkeeper Jan Lindström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benny Stolle. 74 minutes into the match, Beek City's goal looked a bit too open when Radamel Oakley came free, but Arian Beqaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benny Stolle might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Lindström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benny Stolle ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan Lindström made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Benny Stolle sent off a good shot on target. Johnny Bator kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.

The Beek City players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
