Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jan-Erik Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Jan-Erik Carlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henrik Hägert made in the 8th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tor-Ivar Storm. After 10 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Ljusberg in the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Erik Carlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Svartvallstjärnens IF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Mats Ljusberg made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Mats Ljusberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Mats Ljusberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd minute, Tor-Ivar Storm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Svartvallstjärnens IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 37 minutes into the game, Mats Ljusberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Mats Ljusberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Mats Ljusberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 42nd minute Mats Ljusberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Jan-Erik Carlsson sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Svartvallstjärnens IF booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor-Ivar Storm in the 60th minute of the match. After 61 minutes of play, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Mats Ljusberg made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mats Ljusberg's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mats Ljusberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Svartvallstjärnens IF's Mats Ljusberg got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 70th minute of play forced Svartvallstjärnens IF's goalkeeper Linus Ahlquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svartvallstjärnens IF's Tore Svartström was substituted for Mats Ljusberg. Venezuela were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Svartvallstjärnens IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tomas Illescas took the corner. The corner led Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas to fire away a dangerous shot which Linus Ahlquist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tomas Illescas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Linus Ahlquist firmly grabbed it by the left post. Tommy Granberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Svartvallstjärnens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrik Hägert to maneuver through the defense. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Kevin Karlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Henrik Hägert made in the 88th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Edvin Lindholm. In the 89th minute, Tore Svartström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After 93 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. If Tore Svartström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Svartvallstjärnens IF were the better team. Svartvallstjärnens IF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
