Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Richard Linhares kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. After 5 minutes, Eliseo Noboa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Magnifico FC - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Richard Linhares reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 1-0. Nestor Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Nestor Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 17th minute of play. Dorival Xavier hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute of the match Costa Rica got a corner. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Tasis ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Alan Machado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute, Juninho Donato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Alan Machado scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 2-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 44th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Puig to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Kléber Magalhães hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Richard Linhares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 64 minutes into the game, Alan Moruga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magnifico FC - FSCMZ the free kick. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Linhares in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute Richard Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Alan Machado. But to his dismay, Alan Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 78th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Alcocer to maneuver through the defense. After 78 played minutes, Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's Dorival Xavier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Magnifico FC - FSCMZ reached it. After 83 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. 93 minutes into the game, Alan Machado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Magnifico FC - FSCMZ were the better team. Magnifico FC - FSCMZ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
