Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oscar Gagriel got the match started through his kick off. Marcos Cotilla was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Oscar Gagriel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oscar Gagriel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximino Gipuzkoa went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Panait Schipor kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panait Schipor got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panait Schipor in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, Alpargatas FC's Panait Schipor made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Alpargatas FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Panait Schipor hit a great ball. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Lucian Mitrofan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidoro Sarmiento in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucian Mitrofan saved Alpargatas FC from getting behind. After 42 played minutes Alpargatas FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Ritchie. Lucian Mitrofan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 43rd minute of play. Panait Schipor's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Marcos Cotilla skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximino Gipuzkoa got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Panait Schipor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. 54 minutes into the game, one of Alpargatas FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lucian Mitrofan had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Abraham Alguacil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Alpargatas FC booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Cambeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Gagriel in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Alpargatas FC's goalkeeper Lucian Mitrofan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. Abraham Alguacil received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucian Mitrofan came out and tried to block the shot, but Abraham Alguacil slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 63rd minute. Maximino Gipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 73 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Sarmiento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Panait Schipor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alpargatas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panait Schipor in the 79th minute of play. Alpargatas FC's Lucian Mitrofan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Alpargatas FC from getting a goal against them. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Schipor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Bortzaioriz in the 88th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeo Bortzaioriz's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. 94 minutes into the game, Alpargatas FC's Oscar Gagriel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Alpargatas FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Panama for a fine match.
