MIT's Calistrat Madgearu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Reno in the 27th minute of play. In the 40th minute Duško Zambata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Calistrat Madgearu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duško Zambata, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Cosme Reno struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Calistrat Madgearu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AJ Juventus FC. Tiberiu Caramarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mambru Puertas having to interfere. In the 47th minute Cosme Reno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Alkinoos Margaritas made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, MIT's Calistrat Madgearu got control of the ball when Duško Zambata tried to sneak it across the goal line. Duško Zambata's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Calistrat Madgearu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tiberiu Caramarin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mambru Puertas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Calistrat Madgearu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 77th minute of the match AJ Juventus FC got a corner. MIT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leoncio Abarzua ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leoncio Abarzua made a great header on AJ Juventus FC's corner, it was just that MIT's Calistrat Madgearu managed to reach the ball for a save. Calistrat Madgearu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Reno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes MIT got a freekick which was hit by Dinu Grigoroiu. Dinu Grigoroiu hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match.
