Delay Sports's 高川荣 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alberto Escobar in the 9 minute of the game. Jaime Lluc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Uzuri in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute of the match Forever Tango got a corner. Delay Sports's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ezequiel Grabiel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Forever Tango's Alberto Escobar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jaime Lluc in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Luisito Senio took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Lluc. Jaime Lluc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute of the match, 倪卫雄 got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nemesio Montez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Forever Tango getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ēriks Jukams hit a great ball. Alberto Escobar charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Escobar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alberto Escobar hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Forever Tango's zone, 高川荣 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Montez came out of the goal and 高川荣 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute 倪卫雄 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
Forever Tango made a substitution. Severo Elorri replaced Gualterio Mikolas. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luisito Senio to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Uzuri got free with Jaime Lluc in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nemesio Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 倪卫雄, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute Delay Sports were awarded a corner. 高川荣 went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that 高川荣 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nemesio Montez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Nemesio Montez came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Delay Sports's 倪卫雄. But to his dismay, 倪卫雄 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 倪卫雄 kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Jaime Lluc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luisito Senio's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Salvador Pacifico kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Luisito Senio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Lluc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Forever Tango defense, 倪卫雄 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nemesio Montez. The Forever Tango fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nemesio Montez should have stopped the shot. 84 minutes into the match, Delay Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Elorri came free, but Jaime Lluc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, 高川荣 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Delay Sports's supporters rose to their feet, but 高川荣 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nemesio Montez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.
After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. Delay Sports's 倪卫雄 started the play with the initial kick off. After having played for 101 minutes, Salvador Pacifico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Delay Sports's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Pacifico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 106th minute, Georg Wechsler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 107th minute, Marcial Uzuri made a precise shot to the right of Jaime Lluc. Delay Sports's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3.
