In the 20thth minute of the game Cirilo Salvino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Matias Carlomagno successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Ferrer got free with Matias Carlomagno in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cirilo Salvino's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cirilo Salvino helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to PLUMIN getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Cirilo Salvino hit a great ball. In the 37th minute of the match Gigi Penaru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rodrigo Massó skillfully saved the ball. San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Salvino in the 41st minute of play. After 42 played minutes PLUMIN got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Orlondon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mo Yi Sang in the 43rd minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Rodrigo Massó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cirilo Salvino to strike the kick off in the second half. Eduardo Soriano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Rodrigo Massó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Ferrer in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matias Carlomagno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of PLUMIN booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kara Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Ferrer came free, but Matias Carlomagno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Silvano Orlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Carlomagno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mo Yi Sang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Massó having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in PLUMIN's zone, Kara Melo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Massó came out of the goal and Kara Melo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When PLUMIN's Cirilo Salvino in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Lorenzo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 77th minute PLUMIN were awarded a corner. Jonas Orlondon went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of San Lorenzo's goalie and right to Higinio Eguzki. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. San Lorenzo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 79th match minute, San Lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doni Arce to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 80 minutes into the game, when Ke Lin Mo put in a rough tackle. In the 80th minute, one of San Lorenzo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for San Lorenzo. Matias Carlomagno had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Jonas Orlondon's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the San Lorenzo defense, Higinio Eguzki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matias Carlomagno. The San Lorenzo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matias Carlomagno should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PLUMIN had played much better football throughout.
