Kerim Altunbaş started the match with the kick off. Kerim Altunbaşs short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Bogdan Lobonț to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kerim Altunbaş took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bogdan Lobonț. Bogdan Lobonț dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 9 minutes into the game, Gabriel Mălaimare threw the ball into play from the sideline. AMLUCHO's Jackie Banks quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Bogdan Lobonț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerim Altunbaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes Emerald's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jackie Banks who took care of the corner kick. Bogdan Lobonț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kerim Altunbaş's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Kerim Altunbaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. AMLUCHO's Damiano Formica quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gabriel Mălaimare, made in the 23rd minute of the game. Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerim Altunbaş in the 25th minute of the match. Kerim Altunbaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emerald's Bogdan Lobonț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerim Altunbaş in the 27th minute of play. Selahaddin Esentürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 29th minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Victor Piţurcă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Selahaddin Esentürk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jackie Banks kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Piţurcă in the 41st minute of play forced AMLUCHO's goalkeeper Selahaddin Esentürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Carioca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Selahaddin Esentürk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 46th match minute, AMLUCHO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jackie Banks to maneuver through the defense.

In the 57th minute Kerim Altunbaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Lobonț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogdan Lobonț didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kerim Altunbaş went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Bogdan Lobonț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerim Altunbaş in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Piţurcă in the 68th minute of play forced AMLUCHO's goalkeeper Selahaddin Esentürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 minutes, Valeriu Râmniceanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Emerald and the AMLUCHO players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Emerald getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Valeriu Râmniceanu hit a great ball. AMLUCHO's Mati Magen was substituted for Kerim Altunbaş. AMLUCHO made a substitution. Miguel Vilarinho replaced Nélson Sousa. AMLUCHO made a substitution. Ştefan Șerbulea replaced Teofil Paprotny. In the 74th minute, Valeriu Râmniceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Emerald's goal looked a bit too open when Mati Magen came free, but Bogdan Lobonț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Selahaddin Esentürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă in the 79th minute of play. Jaime Carioca kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Mati Magen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Lobonț was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1.
