In the 13th match minute, Neuros och Psykos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Bokelund to maneuver through the defense. Victor Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Piţurcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dannes Mañueco in the 19th minute of play forced Emerald's goalkeeper Nichifor Nicolae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neuros och Psykos's Victor Linares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Neuros och Psykos from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christoffer Fridlund to strike the kick off in the second half. When Victor Piţurcă came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Emerald fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Piţurcă couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Piţurcă in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Linares saved Neuros och Psykos from getting behind. Victor Linares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Piţurcă's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Piţurcă in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Linares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Piţurcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Linares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 83 minutes into the game, Charlie Jonasson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Emerald's Gabriel Mălaimare quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Victor Piţurcă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Linares was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. The throw-in from Agne Algren in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Emerald's Gabriel Mălaimare. Victor Linares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Craioveanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Nichifor Nicolae made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gunnar Söderberg in the 92nd minute.
