In the 44th minute, Rosendo Cutberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pankracy Glogowski was a little too slow when Edoardo Filippini got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-0. Royal PSG's Samuel Izard was substituted for Edoardo Filippini. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Şevket Çağa was the one to do the kick off. After 57 minutes Club Atlético Atlanta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Flavien Villemin who took care of the corner kick. In the 59th minute Samuel Izard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
