After 10 minutes of play, Colognese FC's Giovanni Loyola made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Narciso Aznar was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 13thth minute of the game Ruben Casado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Old Olympians FC's Narciso Aznar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ruben Casado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Narciso Aznar having to make a save. In the 15th minute Ruben Casado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Aznar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Casado in the 17th minute of play forced Old Olympians FC's goalkeeper Narciso Aznar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th match minute, Old Olympians FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nel Macho to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Casado in the 19th minute of play forced Old Olympians FC's goalkeeper Narciso Aznar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ruben Casado was the one to do the kick off. Old Olympians FC's Narciso Aznar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovanni Leme in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes, Geovanni Leme made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Old Olympians FC's Narciso Aznar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Colognese FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
