The audience thought a goal was coming when Manfredo Zanussi got free with Ezequiel Fresco in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Gagoneta's Dionisio Elazar quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Frank Zappa, made in the 37th minute of the game. 曲宽义 kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Yngve Uggla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manfredo Zanussi to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, La Gagoneta's Manfredo Zanussi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ezequiel Fresco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Cosme Paris successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
