Corderun Geras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Teves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Ingvar Dahlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Esiquio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Teves in the 24th minute of play forced Rinkeby FC's goalkeeper Corderun Geras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Teves in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corderun Geras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rinkeby FC's Corderun Geras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Teves in the 40th minute of play. If Ingvar Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atilano Esiquio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Pimenta in the 44th minute of the match. Kasper Ververs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corderun Geras having to interfere. Atilano Esiquio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Pimenta went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingvar Dahlberg to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rinkeby FC's Bengt-Arne Fors got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Carlos Teves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Corderun Geras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rinkeby FC's goalkeeper Corderun Geras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Rinkeby FC booed when La Guardia Imperial was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Romano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 71st minute, when Rinkeby FC's Bengt-Arne Fors after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Atilano Esiquio in La Guardia Imperial's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. In the 73rd minute of the match Carlos Teves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Corderun Geras showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kasper Ververs struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Corderun Geras didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Guardia Imperial. 94 minutes into the match, La Guardia Imperial's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Pimenta came free, but Atilano Esiquio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Aristides Austin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Corderun Geras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
