The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Batalionul U23 Dorobanti got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Hănescu. Flavio Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 哥伦布 Tiger in the 5th minute of play. Mugurel Slătineanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Michael Brask in the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, 哥伦布 Tiger managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC Nirosxn 08's supporters rose to their feet, but 哥伦布 Tiger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Peter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ştefan Bogrea kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. AFC Nirosxn 08's Mugurel Slătineanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Michael Brask in the 21st minute of play. The corner led Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Paul Stoian to fire away a dangerous shot which Mugurel Slătineanu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Flavio Peter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 哥伦布 Tiger in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Emil Atanasiu had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 25 minutes, Mădălin Geamănu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Batalionul U23 Dorobanti and the AFC Nirosxn 08 players grew even worse after the yellow card. AFC Nirosxn 08's Ionică Savu was substituted for Emil Atanasiu. After a rather tough play, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Mădălin Geamănu got a free kick in the 26th minute. Karl-Michael Brask recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavio Peter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 哥伦布 Tiger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes of play, AFC Nirosxn 08's 哥伦布 Tiger made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Peter was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half AFC Nirosxn 08 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 哥伦布 Tiger to strike the kick off in the second half. Mugurel Slătineanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Brask in the 59th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when 哥伦布 Tiger got free with Flavio Peter in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Flavio Peter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Batalionul U23 Dorobanti from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, 哥伦布 Tiger took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Flavio Peter to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to AFC Nirosxn 08 getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Robert Acalinei hit a great ball. Paul Stoian struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Mugurel Slătineanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batalionul U23 Dorobanti. 79 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goalkeeper Flavio Peter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Jönsätt. Flavio Peter was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gregorio Martxot showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 83 minute of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Karl-Michael Brask who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Nirosxn 08's Mugurel Slătineanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute David Jönsätt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Peter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Peter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Martxot in the 96th minute of the match. AFC Nirosxn 08's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
