Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Peru's Julian Murillo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Attilio Casciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 8 minutes of play, Talleres de Escalada's Attilio Casciano made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Noboa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miran Moco, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Leheren having to interfere. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Casciano in the 25th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Attilio Casciano got free with Rolando Noboa in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attilio Casciano in the 32nd minute of play. The Talleres de Escalada fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Talleres de Escalada's Attilio Casciano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Julian Murillo took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Martin Leheren to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Talleres de Escalada getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Sait Baray hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Leheren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Julian Murillo put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Martin Leheren. Talleres de Escalada's Ioan Pușcașu was substituted for Remigio Feliu. 76 minutes into the match, Talleres de Escalada's goalkeeper Martin Leheren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. In the 78thth minute of the game Attilio Casciano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luz Tejedor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Leheren having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martin Leheren, 2-5. Martin Leheren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rigoberto Argider in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Noboa saved Peru from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Argider in the 94th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
