But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Simeoni couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Vicente Jakue sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dino Simeoni in the 10th minute. After 14 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. In the 17th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Errapel in the 17th minute of the match. Dino Simeoni struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tilili. Venancio Chuan made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. Benito Illan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 30th minute of play. Tilili's Benito Illan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Tilili was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Jakue to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Vicente Jakue scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 1-0. Vicente Jakue struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tilili. If Dino Simeoni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dino Simeoni made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Tilili got a freekick which was hit by 楚洲竞. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tilili's goalkeeper Benito Illan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 63rd minute Dino Simeoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Simeoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Benito Illan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Vicente Jakue kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Joaquin Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Tilili getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. 楚洲竞 hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Fran Milo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tilili fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When the referee ended the match the Tilili players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
