In the 11th minute, Cirilo Baristo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 19 minutes, Tomás Abancens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mandrake fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Abancens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute Barto Radaban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Jerano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cresconio Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mandrake fc's Barto Radaban got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Barto Radaban's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Jerano was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Stuart Mayo struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Alejandro Jerano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mandrake fc. 36 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's Barto Radaban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejandro Jerano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kalessin's Alejandro Jerano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barto Radaban in the 38th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barto Radaban couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the match, Mandrake fc's Barto Radaban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alejandro Jerano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Barto Radaban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mandrake fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 60th minute of the match Mandrake fc got a corner. Kalessin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ebardo Romero ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Mandrake fc's Stuart Mayo to fire away a dangerous shot which Alejandro Jerano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mandrake fc's attentive Stuart Mayo managed to snatch the ball when Cirilo Baristo made a throw-in in the 64th minute of the game. 67 minutes into the match, Kalessin's goalkeeper Alejandro Jerano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barto Radaban. With a little luck, Kalessin's Alejandro Jerano got control of the ball when Barto Radaban tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alejandro Jerano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Abancens in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Kalessin's zone, Barto Radaban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Jerano came out of the goal and Barto Radaban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mandrake fc's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
