The Wont Buy Token Cuz FMA fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Wont Buy Token Cuz FMA's Frédson Freddie looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice moves Massimo D'Angelo could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Ergün Şener however easily saved by the left post. Efekan Atlıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zülfü Yalazay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the game, Wont Buy Token Cuz FMA's Pascal Klingen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Efekan Atlıoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Massimo D'Angelo got free with Ergün Şener in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ergün Şener made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Massimo D'Angelo sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Ergün Şener made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhammed Salah in the 56th minute of play.
