After 16 played minutes TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA got a freekick which was hit by Andre Herhold. 17 minutes into the match, Tirant lo Blanch's Leonard Treppa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dimitar Ivankov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tirant lo Blanch's goalkeeper Kamal Pahlevi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wanderson Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Huratiak in the 41st minute of play forced Tirant lo Blanch's goalkeeper Kamal Pahlevi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tymoteusz Huratiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. In the 93rd minute Leszek Dubiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamal Pahlevi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TEAM DEATHMATCH WARSZAWA's Florian Szpakowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kamal Pahlevi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee's whistle sounded for the end of the second half. The match was tied at 1-1. None of the players looked happy at the prospect of extra-time.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Carmen Paniagua in Tirant lo Blanch was the one to initiate the kick off. With 103 minutes on the clock, Jorge Carmona commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tirant lo Blanch fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 102nd minute. Penalty! Both sets of players were looking tired when the whistle went to end the half. Everyone was pleased to get a few minutes to rest before extra-time resumed.

After 30 minutes of extra-time there was still no winner. The players now faced the much dreaded penalty shoot-out.

The penalty shot was made by Florian Szpakowski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tirant lo Blanch's Kamal Pahlevi. 3-3. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dimitar Ivankov. In the 146th minute there was a penalty for Tirant lo Blanch. Kamal Pahlevi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dimitar Ivankov. 6-4. Tirant lo Blanch's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
