In the 2nd minute Zarando Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Vergaray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldo Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba in the 3rd minute of play. When Jacinto Sanson, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 5 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jacob Alavedra was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Fırat Okbaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciruel Academy's goalkeeper Jacob Alavedra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Sanson in the 24th minute of play. Lucas Grijander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Osvaldo Vergaray made a huge save. In the 31st minute Jacinto Sanson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Sanson in the 31st minute of play forced Ciruel Academy's goalkeeper Jacob Alavedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacob Alavedra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Tab in the 32nd minute of play. Jacob Alavedra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto Sanson's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Nicolás Elenes took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osvaldo Vergaray. Osvaldo Vergaray dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Jacinto Sanson scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacob Alavedra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jacob Alavedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Sanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Falconara Albanese's Osvaldo Vergaray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Grijander in the 45th minute of play. Nestor Quintan lost his temper 48 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Falconara Albanese! The goalkeeper, Osvaldo Vergaray, was totally fooled by Ciruel Academy's Lucas Grijander, who 49 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Grijander made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Falconara Albanese's Miguel Lehoi got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 59th minute Lucas Grijander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Vergaray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacob Alavedra made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Fernando Gergori sent off a good shot on target. Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Ciruel Academy from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute Nicolás Elenes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Vergaray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Ricardo Tab recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacob Alavedra. Ricardo Tab showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Falconara Albanese's Marcos Tercero was substituted for Jacinto Sanson. Falconara Albanese made a substitution. Jacob Alavedra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Gergori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra got control of the ball when Ricardo Tab tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Falconara Albanese booed when Ciruel Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Gabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 2-2. Extra-time would have to be played.

With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Ricardo Tab in Falconara Albanese was the one to initiate the kick off. Ricardo Tab struck a weak shot in the 105th minute. Jacob Alavedra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falconara Albanese. After a rather tough play, Falconara Albanese's Raimundo Domingues got a free kick in the 106th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Grijander got free with Osvaldo Vergaray in the 110th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 112th minute Ricardo Tab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Alavedra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciruel Academy's Jacob Alavedra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Tab in the 115th minute of play. Osvaldo Vergaray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Grijander, who was totally free with the ball in the 118th minute. The first half of extra-time was a real thriller. Both teams had created chances, but they were still tied when the whistle blew. The players were able to take a short breather during the short break.

Everyone could clearly see that both Ciruel Academy's and Falconara Albanese's players was becoming tired in their legs when Ciruel Academy's Lucas Grijander did the kick off in the second half of the overtime. The supporters of Ciruel Academy booed when Falconara Albanese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 120 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Tab didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toma Ron made in the 123rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zuberbuhler Gordo immediately put the ball in play. Osvaldo Vergaray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Grijander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Grijander in the 133rd minute of play forced Falconara Albanese's goalkeeper Osvaldo Vergaray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 133 minutes into the game, Lucas Grijander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Osvaldo Vergaray was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Ciruel Academy support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
