A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Gus Weir sent off a good shot on target. Real Chelsea's Gus Weir got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Real Chelsea's Comunardo Prandini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Gus Weir took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Comunardo Prandini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 41st minute of the match. Gus Weir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Gus Weir came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Comunardo Prandini was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Comunardo Prandini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gus Weir to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timothy Thorne in the 52nd minute of the match. After 54 minutes of play, Real Chelsea's Gus Weir made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 71 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gus Weir came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gus Weir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Real Chelsea made a substitution. Tyler Tolley replaced Gus Weir. After 83 played minutes Real Chelsea got a freekick which was hit by Uno Klemensson. Real Chelsea made a substitution. Barney Yeo replaced Malcolm Adcock. 87 minutes into the match, Timothy Thorne notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timothy Thorne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timothy Thorne blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Real Chelsea's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
