Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Falkowski in the 4th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaša Fašalek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 5th minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zygmunt Falkowski's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. After 10 played minutes Eagle Stars FC got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Niedziela. Francisco Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaša Fašalek came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 26 minutes in the game, Zygmunt Falkowski fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. The supporters of Eagle Stars FC booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Falkowski in the 35th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Slawomir Waselewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Di Nan Yan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Joaquin Gayoso made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zygmunt Falkowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Di Nan Yan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaime Cazalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Jaša Fašalek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaša Fašalek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 61st minute. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Arturo Carvallo hit a great ball. Eagle Stars FC made a substitution. Zdzislaw Literski replaced Di Nan Yan. Jakub Pstrongowski, 66 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 67 minutes, Herbert Niedziela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eagle Stars FC and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Eagle Stars FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Herbert Niedziela hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximiliano Escribano in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaša Fašalek saved Eagle Stars FC from getting behind. Zdzislaw Literski might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zdzislaw Literski ran back to his position shaking his head. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Literski, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When Jorge Sainz fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Uruguay's protests and gave Jorge Sainz a yellow card for diving instead. When Eagle Stars FC's Zdzislaw Literski in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uruguay's goalie prevented a goal. Maximiliano Escribano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaša Fašalek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Eagle Stars FC's Izydor Zembrzuski got a free kick in the 96th minute. Jaime Cazalla was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Uruguay eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
