In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ludomil Ziomkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ludomil Ziomkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ove Salkvist in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute BK Gubbhöft were awarded a corner. Ciro Incendio went to the cornerflag to take it. BK Gubbhöft's Ciro Incendio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ludomil Ziomkowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 23rd minute, Ove Salkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Gubbhöft fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 30 minutes into the match, CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Afonso da Cunha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isaac Jonasson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 31st minute CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ were awarded a corner. Xande Campbell went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Xande Campbell almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BK Gubbhöft's Isaac Jonasson did a great save. Ove Salkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ludomil Ziomkowski having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Salkvist in the 33rd minute of play forced CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ludomil Ziomkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Eustacio Ikatz in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BK Gubbhöft's Kajetan Drugi. In the 36th minute, Kajetan Drugi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes BK Gubbhöft got a freekick which was hit by Brian Alströmmer. 47 minutes into the match, Afonso da Cunha dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Isaac Jonasson, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afonso da Cunha to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Ove Salkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludomil Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso da Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaac Jonasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, BK Gubbhöft's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso da Cunha came free, but Isaac Jonasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ made a substitution. Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein replaced Virgiawan Laturua. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Breno Torres was substituted for Emanuele Bertoni. Isaac Jonasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Rambo von Buol-Schaudenstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Jonasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ's Ludomil Ziomkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save CA Metropolitano - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them.
The BK Gubbhöft players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
