André Abelmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Rosendo Seguinus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosendo Seguinus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Abelmann in the 18th minute of play. Bastian Abel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Vermeşan, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. FC Eisenberg's Bastian Abel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save FC Eisenberg from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Neumann in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rosendo Seguinus saved ASF BAIA MARE -MM- from getting behind. Rosendo Seguinus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Neumann in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 minutes ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Helmut Fleiner who took care of the corner kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Remus Vermeşan to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, Mario Neumann tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rosendo Seguinus saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Herbert Hopmeier hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, FC Eisenberg's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Lupea came free, but Bastian Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Eisenberg's André Abelmann got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute André Abelmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Seguinus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Remus Vermeşan managed to get in a good position for a shot. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Remus Vermeşan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bastian Abel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mario Neumann's late challenge caught a ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Neumann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 91st minute, Mario Neumann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee's whistle sounded for the end of the second half. The match was tied at 1-1. None of the players looked happy at the prospect of extra-time.

Rosendo Seguinus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Abelmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 101 minutes of play, FC Eisenberg's André Abelmann made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rosendo Seguinus was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Eisenberg's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
