Bernardo Moreira made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Higinio Rojelio sent off a good shot on target. Higinio Rojelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Bernardo Moreira made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 32nd minute of play forced CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's goalkeeper Hipolito Seber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simão Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Simão Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warren FC - DMZ and the CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Warren FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Simão Santos hit a great ball. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Hipolito Seber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Santos in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Warren FC - DMZ booed when CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Errapel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giorgian Arrascaeta got free with Hipolito Seber in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elvio Errapel made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Warren FC - DMZ's Eusébio Vieira. After 72 minutes, Luisito Bernad mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ and the Warren FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Bernad. 74 minutes into the game, one of Warren FC - DMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bernardo Moreira had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Domingos Xacintu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 80th minute Melquiades Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hipolito Seber made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Giorgian Arrascaeta sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Urti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warren FC - DMZ the free kick. The supporters of Warren FC - DMZ booed when CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Urti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Moreira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Shepherd, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 90 minutes of play, Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Neither CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ or Warren FC - DMZ succeeded in finding a winner during the second half. That meant the players faced another 30 minutes of extra-time.

The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Higinio Rojelio started the play with his kick off. Bernardo Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
