Casimiro Cordarell started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Nippur de Lagash 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Fidencio to maneuver through the defense. Virgilio Emenon made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Terceirense F.C.'s Ricardo Silveira. 9 minutes into the match, Gabriel Távora had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo De Mitri. Nippur de Lagash 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabriel Távora was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Gabriel Távora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 15 minutes, Casimiro Cordarell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nippur de Lagash 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Cordarell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute Gabriel Távora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo De Mitri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Gabriel Távora ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo De Mitri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardo Silveira during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Terceirense F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Silveira. Cássio Baptista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Casimiro Cordarell's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. A hard shot 26 in the game by Casimiro Cordarell from a close distance when the talented Cássio Baptista managed to make a qualified save. Terceirense F.C.'s players were relieved. Nippur de Lagash 2's Marcelo De Mitri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Távora in the 29th minute of play. Casimiro Cordarell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelo De Mitri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Távora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Távora made a kick off. The supporters of Nippur de Lagash 2 booed when Terceirense F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgilio Emenon hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Virgilio Emenon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Nippur de Lagash 2 booed when Terceirense F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zarco Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nippur de Lagash 2's Camilo Manilan was substituted for Virgilio Emenon. Terceirense F.C.'s Mário Rijo was substituted for Gustavo Amorim. In the 73rd minute, Casimiro Cordarell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casimiro Cordarell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Terceirense F.C. booed when Nippur de Lagash 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Manilan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernan Fidencio hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
