Agnaldo Brasil succeeded in the game's 12th minute to get real power on a long shot . AC Pitt Bier's Niels Rensenbrink hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-0! Rafa Nóbrega showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Hak, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Waldir Valladares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Futuros FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Pitt Bier the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Futuros FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! Bram Smits shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Marco Hak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Futuros FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Waldir Valladares hit a great ball. Tim Hartogh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Futuros FC booed when AC Pitt Bier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damien van Putten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rafa Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Rogaars in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bram Smits in the 38th minute of play forced Futuros FC's goalkeeper Rafa Nóbrega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Bram Smits who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Futuros FC's Rafa Nóbrega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 51st minute, one of Futuros FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Futuros FC. Bram Smits walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 54th match minute, Futuros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Salgado to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bram Smits in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafa Nóbrega saved Futuros FC from getting behind. In the 59th minute of the match, Marco Hak tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafa Nóbrega saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Bram Smits's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafa Nóbrega was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 62nd match minute, Futuros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilton Lara to maneuver through the defense. Futuros FC's Rafa Nóbrega proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Futuros FC from getting a goal against them. Tim Hartogh hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Neither team could find the winning goal during normal time. The second half finished 1-1. Extra-time would have to be played.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was AC Pitt Bier's Bram Smits that got to make the kick off. Bram Smits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 105th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafa Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pieter-Jan Roeles in the 116th minute of the match. In the 122nd match minute, AC Pitt Bier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascall de Vries to maneuver through the defense. In the 127th minute of the match AC Pitt Bier got a corner. Futuros FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tim Hartogh ran over to the corner to take the kick. With his leg Rafa Nóbrega managed to avoid a goal in the 133rdth minute, when AC Pitt Bier's Bram Smits fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 134 played minutes Futuros FC got a freekick which was hit by Falcão Colorado. Rafa Nóbrega made a fantastic save in the 135th minute, when Bram Smits sent off a good shot on target. The corner led AC Pitt Bier's Tim Hartogh to fire away a dangerous shot which Rafa Nóbrega despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Neither team seemed willing to take risks during extra-time and the defenses won out. The match would now go to a penalty shoot-out.

In the 139th minute there was a penalty for Futuros FC. Arnaldo Salgado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Niels Rensenbrink. 2-1. The referee gave Futuros FC a penalty, 142 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Oscar Trevisan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AC Pitt Bier's Niels Rensenbrink. 3-2. Niels Rensenbrink had in the 144thth minute some difficulties stopping Pedro Augusto Baptista's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Pedro Augusto Baptista's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Niels Rensenbrink on his right side and into the goal. 144 minutes into the game it was 4-3. In the 148th minute there was a penalty for AC Pitt Bier. Pascal Beukenkamp stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rafa Nóbrega. 5-4. A hard and well directed shot from Geert Kremer led 150 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Futuros FC's Rafa Nóbrega became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 5-5. In the 151st minute there was a penalty for Futuros FC. Falcão Colorado stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Niels Rensenbrink. 6-5. Damien van Putten shot a long shot in the 153rd minute and a light blocked Rafa Nóbrega hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 6-6. Futuros FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AC Pitt Bier for a fine match.
