When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İlhan Mansız made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Boomer Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Boğaçhan Kutberk came free, but Pedro Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Boomer Fc's Pedro Čech got control of the ball when İrfan-Can Kahveci tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İlhan Mansız in the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Boğaçhan Kutberk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nevşehirspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boğaçhan Kutberk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Boomer Fc's goalkeeper Pedro Čech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boğaçhan Kutberk. If İrfan-Can Kahveci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rahim Özkurt's late challenge caught a Boomer Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rahim Özkurt helped the player get up and apologised. Nevşehirspor made a substitution. Ateş Samih replaced Boğaçhan Kutberk. After a rather tough play, Nevşehirspor's Rahim Özkurt got a free kick in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ateş Samih in the 93rd minute of play forced Boomer Fc's goalkeeper Pedro Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Boomer Fc fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 98 minutes, Nevşehirspor's İlhan Mansız got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Pedro Čech.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Nevşehirspor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
