After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. Deportivo Mandiyu's Silvano Ongile started the play with the initial kick off. In the 109th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alzaga FC's goalkeeper Conan Ledesma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Conan Ledesma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Eladio in the 115th minute. When the referee signaled the end of the first half of extra-time the score was 1-1. The players had a chance to rest for a moment before the second half.

Deportivo Mandiyu:s Conan Ledesma showed great skill when he stopped Nestor Luix:s penalty. Nestor Luix's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Hipolito Bizen on his right side and into the goal. 142 minutes into the game it was 4-3.
