After some careless play in the Union Y Progreso F.C. defense, Julian Murillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dragomir Marchovski. The Union Y Progreso F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dragomir Marchovski should have stopped the shot. Zeng Ting Xing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Venceslas Pumares made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The audience was convinced that Julian Murillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dragomir Marchovski was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Dragomir Marchovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Union Y Progreso F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Dragomir Marchovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zeng Ting Xing was the one to do the kick off. Dragomir Marchovski was a little too slow when Luz Tejedor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-3. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Meruendano, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. A collision led to Union Y Progreso F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ambrossi Gigante hit a great ball. Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Olle Melander was substituted for Carlos Sueiro.
