Tolis Prinianakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, GREEN LIONS's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Tolis Prinianakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolis Prinianakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes GREEN LIONS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GREEN LIONS's Tolis Prinianakis did a great save. Jorge Peredo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. 20 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Peredo. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tolis Prinianakis. Tolis Prinianakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 25 minutes into the match, GREEN LIONS's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Tolis Prinianakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Peredo made a great header on GREEN LIONS's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 30thth minute of the game Merexildo Raimundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jorge Peredo was slow to take the kick. During this time GREEN LIONS's players had a chance to rest. Tolis Prinianakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of play forced GREEN LIONS's goalkeeper Tolis Prinianakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led GREEN LIONS's Jorge Peredo to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 41 played minutes GREEN LIONS got a freekick which was hit by Nikitas Galanos. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in GREEN LIONS's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolis Prinianakis came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Jorge Peredo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

GREEN LIONS made a substitution. 袁棋荣 replaced Nikitas Galanos. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Merexildo Raimundo to make the kick off. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Tolis Prinianakis made a huge save. 54 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino threw the ball into play from the sideline. GREEN LIONS's Nikos Kouzoulakis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 55 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Peredo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GREEN LIONS's Pavlos Topoudis was substituted for Merexildo Raimundo. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Jorge Peredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. GREEN LIONS's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Peredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Peredo came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Peredo in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. In the 86th minute of the match, Felix Montenegro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tolis Prinianakis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 88 minutes in the game, Cristian Sancho fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tolis Prinianakis having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. The supporters of Ecuador booed when GREEN LIONS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Jazowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Marcial Saez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
