Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. In the 12th minute Cosmos 1984 NewDance were awarded a corner. Eugeniusz Poremba went to the cornerflag to take it. Kryspin Odachowski made a great header on Cosmos 1984 NewDance's corner, it was just that Costa Rica's Benito Sanz managed to reach the ball for a save. Andrzej Köpke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Andrzej Köpke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 19th minute of play. Costa Rica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Tasis in the 35th minute. The corner led Costa Rica's Axel Tasis to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrzej Köpke despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugeniusz Poremba during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andrzej Köpke. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Tasis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

Izydor Skoroda's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Izydor Skoroda helped the player get up and apologised. 54 minutes into the match, Eliseo Noboa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Andrzej Köpke. Andrzej Köpke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 57thth minute of the game Axel Tasis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosmos 1984 NewDance's Andrzej Köpke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Kryspin Jaroszewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Kryspin Odachowski notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Cosmos 1984 NewDance getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Arkadiusz Wnukowski hit a great ball. In the 85th minute of the match Marian Mnich sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz skillfully saved the ball. Andrzej Köpke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Noboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Puig got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Axel Tasis. In the 92nd minute Arkadiusz Wnukowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
