The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tiaguinho Coelho hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Forrest Gumpfer might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dadá Favoretto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Forrest Gumpfer ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Kauan Siqueira got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 8 played minutes Granadero10 got a freekick which was hit by Geovanni Marquez. Dadá Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Söderman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, UÅ Mästerbotten's goalkeeper Niklas Ström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kauan Siqueira. After a rather tough play, UÅ Mästerbotten's Karl-Axel Bammerman got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Marcus Söderman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granadero10's Dadá Favoretto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sven-Åke Kihlman kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 35th minute Kauan Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Forrest Gumpfer hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, UÅ Mästerbotten's goal looked a bit too open when Nelsinho Paulista came free, but Niklas Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, UÅ Mästerbotten's Niklas Ström got control of the ball when Ernani Palmeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Nelsinho Paulista dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Niklas Ström, 1-1. Niklas Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Palmeira in the 77th minute of play. When Acácio Cardozo fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granadero10's protests and gave Acácio Cardozo a yellow card for diving instead. Acácio Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Forrest Gumpfer sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Granadero10's Dadá Favoretto didn't even have to move. In the 80th match minute, UÅ Mästerbotten was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Åke Kihlman to maneuver through the defense. Marcus Söderman's late challenge caught a Granadero10's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcus Söderman helped the player get up and apologised. Granadero10's Dadá Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Forrest Gumpfer in the 93rd minute of play. The Granadero10 manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing UÅ Mästerbotten to win.
