DS ACADEMY TEAM's Sten Naredi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Spychalski in the 18th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, FC Alkomaty's goal looked a bit too open when Ayberk Akgün came free, but Augusto Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miromir Przebendowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Sten Naredi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute Ayberk Akgün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to DS ACADEMY TEAM getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Florian Kosmatka hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the game, Shi Chuan Cheng threw the ball into play from the sideline. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Florian Kosmatka quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Shi Chuan Cheng charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Shi Chuan Cheng the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of DS ACADEMY TEAM booed when FC Alkomaty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shi Chuan Cheng didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Dominik Spychalski made the kick off in the second half. If Ayberk Akgün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ayberk Akgün could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Augusto Corrêa made a huge save. When Shi Chuan Cheng was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 53 minutes had been played. Ayberk Akgün took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augusto Corrêa. Augusto Corrêa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Augusto Corrêa was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Ayberk Akgün capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ayberk Akgün really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. The audience was convinced that Ayberk Akgün's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Corrêa was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludomir Urban during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, FC Alkomaty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ludomir Urban to maneuver through the defense. The DS ACADEMY TEAM supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing DS ACADEMY TEAM would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
